The 2012 Dale Earnhardt Chevrolet MayFEST in Downtown Newton, NC will be held on May 12th, 2012The 2012 Dale Earnhardt Chevrolet Newton MayFEST is schedule for Saturday, May 12 from 10:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m. in downtown Newton.
The annual event is organized and promoted by the Newton Merchant’s Group. Activities for the day-long festival will encompass much of the downtown area with vendors, entertainment, children’s games and activities, food, a car show, sidewalk sales and much more. Over 120 vendors will offer a wide variety of hand-made items, wood products, fashion accessories, crafts, and household items.
An entertainment stage, sponsored by the Observer News Enterprise will be located on South College at West A St featuring a wide variety of music. The 2011 Newton Mayfest, presented by Dale Earnhardt Chevrolet will include a Car Show in Downtown Newton, NC. All makes and models accepted with a Top 25 and Best of Show awards. Registration is from 8:00 AM – 10: 00 AM on Saturday, May 14th, 2011 with a $20.00 entrance fee per car. Entertainment will be provided by DJ Tradewinds.
